Altum Group announces completion of Elysium Fund Management Limited acquisition.

Altum Group (Altum or the Group), a global financial services provider, today announces the completion of the acquisition of Elysium Fund Management Limited (Elysium), following full regulatory approvals.

Elysium is a leading independent fund administrator in Guernsey.  The business is well known for its experience and expertise as well as providing high quality client service with low staff turnover.  Attributes that align perfectly with the Group.

The deal gives Elysium access to Altum’s global presence and connects their operating model across six jurisdictions, supported by circa 200 employees.

Altum (Guernsey) Limited (following a change of name application) under the leadership of Andrew Duquemin and Joanna Duquemin Nicolle will continue to provide the highest standard of fund administration but will now benefit from the infrastructure, support and technology of the Altum Group.
