Siobhan O’Brien

Siobhan joined Altum Group in December 2015.  She is a qualified accountant with 13 years’ experience in offshore financial services.

Immediately prior to joining Altum, Siobhan worked at Bedell Fund Services, where she was responsible for the administration of a number of private equity regulated and unregulated fund structures.

Siobhan has also worked at IFM Trust, Vistra and Mourant where she developed her management and administration skills and she had exposure to a wide range of private, corporate and property fund clients.

Siobhan manages the fund services/corporate team, which is responsible for administering a portfolio of private fund/corporate structures which focus on Real Estate, Debt, Private Equity, Growth Equity and other alternative investments with the primary focus of ensuring that the structures have a robust corporate governance infrastructure and are operated in an efficient and effective manner.  The team also administers various private investment holding companies, employee benefit trusts and pension plans.  Siobhan also assists in providing company secretarial services to a UK Company listed on the alternative investments market.
