Conor joined Altum in 2023 and works closely with key stakeholders throughout the global business to define and implement the Group HR strategy.
Prior to joining Altum, Conor spent five years at Sanne Group Plc, overseeing the HR function for Group Services in various markets across the EMEA, UK, APAC, and North America regions. With significant industry experience, Conor’s expertise include employment law, talent management, employee relations, project management, stakeholder engagement, and merger and acquisition activities.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management from Technological University Dublin (TUD), a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Award in Employment Law, and a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Award in Managing Employee Relations.
