Clare Hartnell

Based in London, Clare joined in 2024 and is responsible for growing the Altum brand, overseeing our Client Relationship Management and enhancing our service offering.
With over 30 years’ experience in the real estate and financial services industry, Clare has extensive knowledge of real estate structuring, tax and transactions management.
Prior to joining Altum, Clare was Head of UK for Langham Hall. She was responsible for running the team, overseeing business operations and developing initiatives to improve client service.
She was also previously Global Head of Property and Construction at Grant Thornton managing a number of global funds. She qualified as a chartered accountant and spent many years specialising in tax and fund administration.
