Based in Jersey, Alan supports ultra-high-net-worth families and institutional clients in establishing and administering complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.
During his career, Alan led multidisciplinary teams comprising accountants, lawyers, IT professionals, and administrators. His team specialised in the administration of private equity and real estate funds, employee share plans, international pension schemes, deferred compensation arrangements, and employee benefit trusts.
He previously served as the Jersey Managing Director for a global fund management group, where he was instrumental in establishing the family office for the group’s principals. He has extensive expertise in managing complex transactions, fiduciary decision-making processes, fund structures, and related corporate entities.
Alan is a graduate of Dublin City University and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Alan brings over 30 years of experience in the offshore financial services industry, having worked in both Ireland and Jersey. He is also represented by the Financial Services Advisory Group of the Australian Trade Commission in the United Kingdom.
