Altum announces appointment of Régis Parizot as Independent Non-Executive Director of Altum Luxembourg S.A.

Altum Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Régis Parizot as an Independent Non‑Executive Director to the Board of Altum  Luxembourg S.A.

Régis brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in corporate governance, internal control, regulatory compliance and risk management across the European financial services sector.

He is the founding Partner and General Manager of Goversight, where he advises boards and governing bodies on governance optimisation, internal control, risk management and regulatory compliance. He is highly respected as a subject matter expert in AML/CFT, governance, risk management and oversight frameworks, and is being regularly considered for  various INED appointments in numerous CSSF regulated entities’ boards across AIFMs/Management companies, PSFs, banking institutions & investment funds (either AIFs or UCITS) active on a wide range of traditional and alternative asset classes.

This senior non-executive appointment supports Altum’s commitment to enhancing its governance framework in Luxembourg as the business continues growing its PSF business. Mr. Parizot’s extensive regulatory insight and board‑level experience will support Altum in further enhancing its risk culture and operational resilience as supervisory standards and requirements continue to evolve.
