Job Description
The role holder will support the team in providing support in relation to funds under management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the funds’ board and committee meetings including drafting minutes and circular resolutions.
- Manage the funds’ audit coordination.
- Manage and execute all relevant corporate changes, filings and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders (including the Trade Register, notary offices and legal counsel) and other service providers.
- Assist in the development of standard processes and procedures.
- Manage and execute the funds’ notification and registration processes.
- Maintain accurate records and statutory registers for each fund, ensuring that all amendments are made in a timely manner.
- Liaise and coordinate with the funds’ service providers and maintaining oversight on service providers.
- Manage and execute all regulatory filings and monitoring of other Luxembourg legal obligations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and other business contacts.
- Support to the PRIIPs production.
Expected Skills / Experience
- University degree and/other relevant professional qualifications.
- Previous experience in a similar position with exposure to a legal and corporate, fund and AIFM environment.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg requirements and industry standards applicable to UCITs and AIFs (including real estate and private equity asset classes).
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, a team player who can work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
