Role summary.

Altum Group is looking for Payments & Data Administrator to join our banking and data management team within Cape Town to improve efficiency and provide consistency across its operational jurisdictions. To this extent, Altum is looking to deploy a centralised team utilising a digital approach to satisfy the business’ payments processing, banking system management and data management requirements (the “Banking & Data Team”).

The Banking & Data Team will be responsible for accurate and timely drafting of internal and customer vendor payments, maintenance of client banking platforms, opening/administration of client bank accounts and oversight of client data in internal databases.

We have an opportunity in our newly established Cape Town office for a Payments & Data Administrator to join the Banking & Data Team. The successful candidate will be required to work to strict SLA’s.

Key responsibilities.

Payments Input (circa 50%)

Database management (circa 20%)

​Client Bank Account Opening (circa 10%)

​Banking Platform User Management (circa 10%)

​Signatory List Management (circa 10%)

Expected skills / experience.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a good standard of IT skills, oral and written English, along with the following skills and experience:
