Role summary.

We are currently looking for a manager to join our Family Office team in Jersey. This role involves overseeing the administrative support and relationship management provided by junior team members across our client portfolio. The manager will take the lead on complex or high-value client matters independently and ensure directors are kept informed with clear updates, especially on key transactions or issues requiring their attention. The successfully candidate will also manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all internal approvals align with Altum Group policies. A key part of the role includes providing training and technical guidance to the team on structuring and corporate governance, as well as supporting their development through feedback, probation reviews, and annual appraisals.
