Tom Moreton

Based in London, Tom is Head of Loan Agency, responsible for leading global product development and ensuring seamless client service delivery across Altum’s agency offering.

With more than a decade experience in financial services, Tom brings deep expertise across private credit and structured finance. He has board-level experience across financial services and commercial real estate, including board level experience across both public and private sector. His core strengths include go-to-market strategy, client relationship management, and identifying cross‑sell opportunities that deliver tangible value for clients.

Prior to joining Altum, Tom worked at a start‑up financial services and technology firm serving the private credit market. His knowledge is vast and covers the full value chain including loan agency, escrow, corporate services and restructuring. In prior roles, Tom has played a key role in shaping go‑to‑market strategies, developing long‑term client relationships, and managing complex mandates for institutional clients.
