Steph Workman

With more than 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Steph has extensive knowledge of corporate and fund structures holding UK and European real estate.

Prior to joining Altum in 2024, Steph established and led a team responsible for a focused portfolio of multi-jurisdictional real estate holding structures for some prestigious institutional clients. She was also responsible for the development and co-ordination of key client and intermediary relationships across the real estate network.

In conjunction with her significant real estate expertise, Steph is also an experienced and passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, actively working with organisations such as Real Estate Balance and Diversity Talks Real Estate to help turn the dial within the industry.

She holds the Level 5 Diploma from the Corporate Governance Institute.
