Richard is Head of Operations at Altum Group and specialises in the establishment and governance of a wide range of real estate corporate holding structures and the provision of director services.
An Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute Richard has over 13 years’ experience in the Offshore Financial Services Industry working in both Jersey and Luxembourg.
Richard joined Altum Group in November 2019 having previously acted in the capacity of an Associate Director for a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate business services in Jersey, Richard has experience managing Real Estate structures and related corporate entities. Prior to this Richard was primarily responsible for the administration of a wide variety of real estate holding structures for a range of corporate and institutional investors.
