Joanna Duquemin Nicolle

Joanna joined Altum through the acquisition of Elysium Fund Management, where she served as Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 2006.
She brings more than twenty years of leadership in fund administration, corporate governance, and capital markets. Before founding Elysium, Joanna was a Director and Company Secretary at Collins Stewart Fund Management Limited. There, she was actively involved in corporate finance assignments, stock exchange listings, and the delivery of fund administration and company secretarial services.
Joanna has extensive experience supporting companies listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, the main market of the London Stock Exchange, and The International Stock Exchange. She qualified as an Associate of ICSA: The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland in 1994 and was elected to Fellowship in May 2023.
