Jean‑Christian Nyobe‑Tona is an Associate Director in Risk Management and Valuation at Altum Management Company. In his role he oversees valuation, investment risk, and investment compliance matters across UCITS and AIF managed by Altum.
With more than 13 years’ of industry experience, prior to joining Altum, Jean‑Christian was a Senior Consultant in the Corporate Finance department at HACA Partners (Audit & Consulting), where he performed valuations in a wide range of contexts, including financial reporting, M&A transactions, and restructuring or transmission engagements, and advised alternative investment funds on complex valuation matters.
He also gained experience as an Investment Compliance Officer at Société Générale Securities Services between June 2021 and March 2022. From 2013 to 2021, Jean‑Christian developed extensive expertise in valuation of OTC derivative instruments.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance from the University of Strasbourg (Institut d’Études Politiques), with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder since 2022.
