Christophe Chanudet

Conducting Office, Altum Management Company (Luxembourg) S.A.

Christophe is a Conducting Officer and member of the Executive Committee of  Altum Management Company (Luxembourg) S.A.. In his role he is responsible for risk management and the valuation functions across UCITS, AIF and RAIF funds. Christophe is the point of contact for Altum with regulators, fund managers, auditors and board members on proposed transactions, issuing independent risk opinions to relevant parties.

With 30 years of industry experience, Christophe joined Altum from BNPP Asset Management Luxembourg where he served as Head of Investment Risks and Permanent Risk Manager, overseeing UCITS and AIFM licences and chairing the BeNeLux fair value committee for over a decade. Prior to that, Christophe held senior roles at Fortis Investments as Global Head of Risk Projects and Head of Investment Risks for Luxembourg and Asia, and worked as a Senior Risk Consultant for Confluence Technologies Inc. Earlier in his career, Christophe specialised in market risk methodologies at Quintet Bank, contributing to the development of VaR models for treasury positions. He also has extensive experience with Asian regulators in securing derivative waivers for Luxembourg-registered funds.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Lorraine, France
  • Master’s Certification in Banking from the Luxembourg Bankers Training Institute (ABBL/IFBL)
  • Certificate in Private Equity: Business Processes and Controls from the House of Training with the Luxembourg Private Equity Association
