Angelina Spunt

Angelina is responsible for the management of all legal aspects of the business of Altum Group, from overseeing mergers and acquisitions to advising on legal queries, contracts and transactions. She is also responsible for Altum Group’s company secretarial function, ensuring the group complies with all areas of corporate governance.

Angelina has over 16 years’ experience in the offshore financial services industry. Angelina is a Solicitor of England and Wales (practising) having qualified in 2007.

Immediately prior to joining Altum Group in 2019, Angelina was Head of Legal (Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man) for a major international banking group with responsibility for all in-house legal requirements, predominantly focused on the management of legal risk for the group.

Previously, Angelina worked in various senior legal and client services roles providing fund administration, corporate structuring and real estate services to private, corporate and institutional investors.
