Altum Group to expand Luxembourg presence with the acquisition of Link Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) S.A.
Altum Group (Altum or the Group), a leading international provider of Fund, Corporate, and Family Office solutions, today announces its agreement to acquire Link Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) S.A. (Link Luxembourg), a leading provider of third-party alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) and management company services from Link Group.
Link Luxembourg is part of the Link Group’s Fund Solutions business and is authorised to deliver management company (ManCo) services to both alternative investment funds (AIFs) and open-ended mutual funds (UCITS) within the EU. The company is regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
Established in 2018, Link Luxembourg provides services to an institutional client base through offices in Luxembourg and Lugano, Switzerland. The business employs more than 20 highly qualified employees, the majority of which are based in its Luxembourg office. Completion is subject to regulatory approval from the CSSF.
