Altum Group strengthens institutional‑grade governance with SOC 1 and ISAE 3402 Type II accreditation
Altum Group’s Jersey office has successfully completed its ISAE 3402 Type II assurance, reinforcing the strength of its internal control environment across its Fund Accounting services.
ISAE 3402 is a globally recognised assurance standard developed by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB), providing independent assurance over the design and operating effectiveness of controls at a service organisation.
Altum achieved an independent SOC1 and ISAE3402 Type II Report for the period 29 February 2024 to 30 September 2025. The examination, conducted by Grant Thornton, assessed the description of Altum’s systems, the design of controls, and their operating effectiveness over time.
This accreditation provides third‑party confirmation that Altum’s controls, processes and systems operate consistently in practice supporting client confidence, regulatory expectations and institutional requirements.
This assurance confirms Altum’s role as a trusted, informed partner to clients operating in complex, regulated environments.
