Altum Group Announce Final Close of Link Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) S.A.

Altum Group (“Altum” or “The Group”), a global financial services provider, today announced the final close of the acquisition of Link Fund Solutions (Luxembourg) S.A. (Link Luxembourg), following full regulatory approvals.

Link Luxembourg is a leading provider of independent Authorised Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) and third-party Management Company services in Europe and assists Luxembourg-domiciled UCITS and AIFs with their regulatory and operational requirements. Following the close, Link Luxembourg will soon be rebranded to Altum Management Company (Luxembourg) S.A. and will operate as a subsidiary of the parent company, Altum Group.

The deal gives Link Luxembourg access to Altum’s global presence and connects their operating model across five jurisdictions, supported by circa 200 employees.
