Preparation

Appointment of project lead.
Introductory call with all relevant parties.
Creation of project tracker, with timelines agreed.
Scheduling of weekly progress calls.

Collection

Detailed project plan signed off.
Document request tracker created with timelines and responsibilities agreed.
Weekly progress meetings occurring to coordinate and track progress throughout this phase.

Reconciliation

Reconciliation of all documents, nominal ledgers, and registers crosschecked for completeness.
Reconciliation tracker to be signed off once completed by project lead and client.
Update policy & procedures guides (if required)

Pre-Live

Active shadow accounting and administration working to agreed deliverable deadlines and mirroring previous service provider.
Shadow run and testing of all pre-agreed reports and notices to be signed off by the client.
Notification to all impacted parties of the upcoming changes.

Go-Live

Final checks, and board sign off in preparation of the go-live date.
