Lisa Higgins

Lisa has over 20 years working in training, teaching and project managing in educational establishments and the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Altum in 2018, Lisa was Head of Human Resources and Business Operations for a local investment company, and previous to that worked in various lecturing roles at Highlands College and as a Project Manager across multiple jurisdictions whilst working at State Street.

Lisa prides herself on partnering with her leaders to help them think differently and focuses by putting her passions and skills to good use by coaching the talent at Altum to attain the unattainable.
